Entire luxury 2 BR condo in heart of Playa Del Carmen

Pools were amazing , should be more umbrellas , Arika at the front desk was amazing !!!! We loved her friendly helping and her awesome sense of humour . Great location short walk to 5 th ave and the beach. Abraham was prompt when asked any questions. two bedrooms and two bathrooms were great. Condo was new and updated, very nice would recommend Thank you

This condo is perfect! Roomy with a big balcony, set in the quieter part of Playa off 5th Ave. Tony is a great host and hooked us up with a private transfer. The pools and space on the rooftop is great and actually has a little rooftop bar. Marco was our favorite bartender! The gym is also decent with enough workout equipment in it. The restaurants on 38th starting a block away were our favorites. And a grocery store is right around the corner. The management people I was connected with were great and attentive as we were coming out a couple of days after the cartel kingpin was killed and was nervous about still going. They were in constant contact with us. I’ve stayed at many rental condos in Playa and never went back. I will be returning to this one! Thank you Tony, Abraham and Lordes for everything!

We had a major problem when we arrived as we were told we could not use any amenities that were in the listing such as the pools. The host never did address the issue and we were fortunate the front desk eventually let us use the amenities. The property manager was also very rude when we eventually got him on the phone. Unit was clean and as expected. We will not be back.
