The Cosh is a stunning example of modern architecture in the countryside; a converted Dutch barn is now a Cotswold holiday home which sleeps 12 guests, in six spacious bedrooms, with five bathrooms. The remarkable open plan living space on the ground floor is flooded with natural light and contemporary interiors; this continues into the exquisite family room on the first floor, which has a balcony with views over the countryside. Set amongst a working farm, the garden backs onto a brook, with a beautiful shepherd's hut and lawn for guests and their four-legged friends to enjoy.

Great week had with family of all ages celebrating a 40th wedding anniversary. The Cosh is just amazing, a comfortable, spacious, home from home. Our grandchildren, aged 5 and 4 loved the open space inside and out. Would love to return one day.

This was a great venue for our annual girls weekend getaway. We all loved the open plan, contemporary feel of the Cosh. It was equipped with everything we required making it both a practical choice as well as having a touch of luxury. During our stay we visited The Western Arms pub in the village for lunch which we would also recommend. Overall a great venue.

We had a wonderful long weekend at the Cosh. As a group of university friends - now all in our 60s - it had everything you could possibly need - lots of space and different places to sit and catch up with friends. Dog friendly, and great location for exploring the Cotswolds. Would definitely recommend - we voted it the best place we have stayed in so far on our annual meet-up.

We were a group of nine persons enjoying our annual get together. The Cosh met our expectations in all regards particularly the downstairs bedrooms for those less able. Beds were very comfortable. Showers excellent. Some of us arrived slightly early and Debbie, the owner was on the premises and let us in to a very welcome cup of tea and locally baked cake. The Cosh is well situated to visit the many attractions in the Cotswolds, all within easy driving distance. We would recommend the Cosh for any larger groups visiting the area without hesitation. Online description, and photographs are accurate. We booked the property through Stay Cotswold and all information was provided in a clear and precise manner. Thanks to everyone concerned, we had a great time.

We booked the Cosh to celebrate my Dad’s 90th birthday. There were 12 of us so the accommodation was perfect having 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. The Cosh itself is amazing situated on a working farm but within close proximity to lots of the well known Cotswolds villages. It’s very spacious with lots of seating area’s dotted all around, so you could spread out or gather all together. There is a pool table and ping pong table to entertain those who can't sit still. The outside space is also a lovely area to enjoy the sunshine and chill. We were lucky to have beautiful weather when we stayed there. I can't recommend this place enough if you are a large group who just want to get together and make some wonderful memories as we did as a family. The walk into Blockley where there are 2 pubs and an Artisan cafe was too far for my parents to walk but it is doable. We found it easier to drive. I would definitely stay there again.

The Cosh is spacious and gorgeously decorated. Just perfect for a getaway with friends. There’s a pool table, ping pong table, a small brook the kids splashed in. We spent the late nights staring up at the Persiad meteor shower looking for shooting stars. The village has a great corner shop should you need anything, and a small play park for kids. The food at the Great Western Arms was delicious. The only negatives were there were only one set of utensils (in contrast to the copious number of plates, cups, glasses of every type and cutlery!) and the kitchen knives were blunt. Very small things that could be easily resolved. We loved the place and will be back!

Had a wonderful weekend at The Cosh celebrating multiple birthdays. The property was fantastic, very clean and beautifully decorated. There were various seating areas both inside and out, meaning we could enjoy the sunshine throughout the day and not wake up the toddlers in the evening. The stream was a lovely addition, especially for the dogs in the hot weather! The location was great for visiting Broadway, Stow and Bourton, and we also followed a footpath into Blockley one morning (great cafe). The property had everything we could need and we’d love to revisit for the next big get together.

We stayed at the Cosh to attend a wedding in Cornwell house. The house is excellent for an extended family with ensuites in all the downstairs bedrooms. It has a large comfortable kitchen and lounges both downstairs and upstairs. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and found location to be excellent only four miles from Morten in marsh and close to countless attractions. Thank you to the owners or whoever is responsible for supplying us with fresh eggs and a Victoria Sponge and tea bags. Many Thanks Pat

I booked The Cosh for my 40th birthday celebration with family and was not disappointed! It completely lived up to my high expectations based on the photos and reviews, with only minor suggestions for improvement, like the location of the microwave, absence of basic toiletries like shower gel, and lack of air conditioning (or at least fans) to help keep cool in really warm weather. On the whole I have no complaints though. I loved the property and so did my group. It's a stunning place of a very high standard in a great location. It was wonderful to have numerous spacious rooms, bathrooms and social areas to lounge and dine in. I'd definitely recommend The Cosh and book it again!

Seven of us used The Cosh for 5 nights for a reunion and celebration of our 70th birthdays. It was very comfortable with lots of places to sit and chat both inside and out. The beds were comfortable and whole the place was well equipped.with everything that we needed. Blockley is a pretty village with a lovely community cafe which we used on our final day.

A very comfortable place to stay, with 6 good-sized bedrooms and lots of well-splaced sitting areas. The Welcome Cake was delicious and we were very grateful for the eggs and milk - all above and beyond our expectations. The 4 hens were an added delight! Can thoroughly recommend it. An issue with a Roman blind was addressed very quickly but needs a little more attention.

We rented the Cosh in order to spend Christmas with our extended family, the converted barn is exceptional. There was a decorated tree with lights and other Christmas lights both inside and outside and mince pies, a cake and other goodies left for us which was very thoughtful. The house is extremely comfortable with lots of room for children. The en suite bathrooms are a bonus and the beds were also very good. The communication from Stay Cotswold was also very good. I can not fault either the accommodation or the organisation.

The Cosh was absolutely perfect for our pre-birthday, pre-Christmas get-away with friends. The barn has been renovated to an extremely high spec and the number of en-suite rooms was perfect for our group. The location is ideal, being only 15 mins drive from both Broadway and Stow-on-the-Wold. We had a wonderful weekend and I cannot say enough good things! The staff at StayCotswold were great too, from advice regarding the initial booking, through to some last minute questions I had before our stay.

We had a great time in the Cosh. The area was peaceful and lovely location with the horses out in the paddock. The barn itself was beautiful and spacious, the only downside was it is quite open and so a bit echoing but nothing that would put us off staying again. The local pub in the village was fantastic with very friendly and helpful staff. A very enjoyable long weekend

A wonderful 4 day stay for our family from 2 year olds to 88 year old. Very large and beautifully appointed this accomodation gave the WOW factor. The kitchen had everything you need had beautiful appliances and loads of room for food prep. The multiple cosy seating areas meant we never felt crowded or ontop of one another We really enjoyed the outdoor seating and the table tennis table and thd children loved the sheep and the horses. We couldn't have asked for more and will definitely be back

We stayed for a weekend at the Cosh to celebrate a family birthday. It was the first time we had all been together in six years. The space is beautifully designed and we found that so many of the details had been carefully thought through. Little touches such as dishwasher tablets, ample cutlery and kitchen ware along with the book shelf and games upstairs just made it feel like a home from home. It was also lovely to enjoy the variety of spaces with the two balconies and different seating areas we could break off into small groups for chats, watching TV or playing games. There are lovely neighbouring villages and being in the peaceful countryside was just idilic. Thank you so much for creating such a beautiful space that was fully enjoyed by our whole family.

Great long weekend at the Cosh. Well thought out and executed accommodation with huge amount of space for our six grandchildren to play and make as much noise as they wanted. Children apart this is a lovely quiet location with a small babbling brook to the rear. A relatively short walk into Blockley and close to Moreton in Marsh and other quaint Cotswold villages.The children particularly enjoyed seeing the horses and feeding the sheep. A memorable weekend in a high quality property that was in an ideal location for our group, would happily book again.

Lovely property in a stunning location. The owners were on hand to answer any questions we had and made our weekend letting us come and help feed Barry the sheep and his friends!! The property is stunning, loads of space for a large group, thoughtfully decorated bedrooms and a spacious kitchen area. Wonderfully peaceful and only a short walk into town’s. Kitchen was missing a couple of utensils (tin opener and a whisk) and would benefit from some details about walks from the property and local attractions but the owners were around tending to their horses and were happy to provide any information needed. We will be back.
