About this villa rental
Casa da Saudade is a beautiful property and a new listing as of May 2023. A stunning blend of modern and traditional, the villa is well positioned within walking distance of the town centre and the beach.
The outside areas offer plenty of space to relax, unwind and make the most of the Algarve weather. The villa has a private, heated swimming pool (pool heating costs extra) which is bordered by a large terrace equipped with sun loungers and a comfy seating area under a pergola. There is also a charcoal barbecue under a separate covered terrace with table and seating for alfresco dining.
The villa comprises in the main villa of open plan living / dining area, a very spacious and fully fitted kitchen, WC, bar, cosy mezzanine seating area, 2 twin bedrooms, family bathroom and master bedroom with en-suite bathroom. There is also a separate annex comprising of double bed and TV seating area, kitchenette and bathroom with walk-in shower.
A large carport offers shaded parking for 2 cars and there is also an abundance of parking space on the driveway. There is also a utility room with washing machine and dryer adjacent to a terrace with clothes horse.
The villa has dual air conditioning / heating units throughout. There is fibre optic wi-fi, a Smart TV and Portuguese cable. Cots and highchairs are available on request.
Carvoeiro is a lovely, family friendly town which hosts many open-air musical events throughout the summer months and boasts an abundance of shops, bars, restaurants and activities.
A short 10 minute drive will take you to the more traditional but equally popular fishing town of Ferragudo. The city of Portimão just a little further afield but still only a 20 minute drive.
Located in such a central location, the villa is just a stones throw away from so many attractions, activities and some of the best beaches the region has to offer.

Lovely large property for 8 of us, we were a group of 2 families with teenage children. The pool area was fantastic with plenty of sun loungers, sofa, chairs and parasols. There is a great view from there and we spent lovely evenings star gazing. The villa has a nice shaded outside eating area with BBQ. It is about a 10-15 minute walk to hit the restaurants and shops that lead you down to the beach, we loved Carvoeiro, great selection of places to eat, beach was perfect for a swim. Communication with the owner and rental company was very efficient. We hope to return!

Very spacious villa, but communal areas, eg the sitting room area is small for 8 people. But a beautifully clean, huge villa with a lovely pool. Communication with Michelle was brilliant.

We had a wonderful time at Casa de Saudade. The house is very spacious (two floors) and well equipped. We were only four people, which is why we didn't use one room at all. We particularly liked the heated pool, so we were able to swim every day in early April. There are also plenty of sun loungers and a comfortable lounge on the terrace. TLC and the team were very helpful and friendly and always on hand when we had problems with the waterelectricity. We can highly recommend TLC and also the beautiful house, which is in a relatively quiet location, although the road is further down. We will gladly come again. Many thanks to TLC!

We had the best time. The Villa was perfect for my family and I. We will definitely be back. We had a small problem with finding the 4th room and the hot water and they lady couldn’t be anymore helpful! The service was excellent! The house was clean and spacious! We are so sad we didn’t book longer! We can’t wait to go back
Bit of a damp smell in the Anex but other then that everything was perfect
