About this villa rental
Villa 12 is a beatiful villa with air-conditioning and private pool (can be heated) only 10min walk from Carvoeiro town centre. The property is spacious, tastefully furnished and offers modern comforts for your holiday.
There are four bedrooms and four bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, large living area, patio/terrace, garage and pool. The garden is mature with trees and shrubs, and the plot is fenced with electric gates to the road.
The villa has a double bedroom and two twins on the upper entrance level and the master double is on the main ground floor.
The kitchen is modern and fully equipped (dishwasher, washing machine etc) with a separate WC next to the kitchen.
The spacious open plan living area has comfortable sofas, a flat-screen TV (UK channels) and wifi internet. Both kitchen and the living area open to the pool and terrace. Charcoal bbq.
Car hire is not essential but there is enough parking on the villa grounds up to three cars.
The villa has a security alarm and electric shutters.
OBS. There are building works for a large villa on the plot next door (start date Nov 2025). The owner of the plot has assured us that disturbance to the guests during the summer months will be kept to the minimum. However, we want our guests to be aware of the situation as we will not accept complaints/refund claims due to the situation. We expect the works to go on min 18 months.

Absolutely lovely.Spacious accommodation, immaculately clean.Each room had its own bathroom.Pool well looked after.Beautiful location and well designed living accommodation. We spent most of our time eating and sitting on the terrace overlooking the valley.Very short walk to town and beach.Very close to other beautiful beaches, and excellent supermarkets.Would go back.

4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms was perfect for our family. Location was perfect for walking in to the main town. Villa was very spacious and had everything you would need/want. Sam was really helpful in telling us about the area, communication was great and she sorted out the transfer which seamless. She was present on arrival which was a big plus for us. Would thoroughly recommend this villa! We will be back soon
