Preciosa Casa Renovada Centro Histórico 11 Personas

We are two families and stayed at this property with 5 kids. It’s a true gem and very centrally located. The owners also have two private parking spots that are a short walk away from the house. If you’re driving be prepared for narrow streets and tight turning angles. The house itself is really charming. The layout is great for people to easily spread out. We would love to stay here again if we return to Seville.

Beautiful, spacious, clean, and well-located place. Especially loved the large common area where six of us could gather very comfortably. Would definitely recommend for group of friends or several families because two bedrooms are each located on two different floors with a bathroom on each floor. Loved our stay!

The house is just as pictured. Excellent location. It can be challenging unloading bags from a car due to the street being so narrow but we managed. Francisco was easy to deal with and responsive. The house is great for a big group or family. We walked everywhere from the house and even attended mass at the church inside the convent where the house is. A very cool place and experience.

If this property is open, you should take it! Location, amenities, and space were all unexpectedly fantastic, and the interior is updated as described. Space for people to spread out or to be together. Bonus rooftop!
