Quiet Condo near Bolin Creek Trail & Close to UNC

The condo is an end unit which led to it being more private. The area and grounds were a bit worn down and dated. The unit itself had an odd smell, likely from being closed up too long. It was simply “okay” but a bit pricey compared to our next condo (which was in better condition).

The property was conveniently located. The host was very responsive to questions. The beds were comfortable and it was nice to have the washer and dryer. The kitchen was well equiped.

The property essentially has everything you need, but it’s more of a place for young adults. The furniture (couches, beds, chairs) is all very cheap and super uncomfortable. The pillows were all huge and over stuffed and also very uncomfortable. Whoever cleans could do a much better job-the floors were filthy and our socks had black bottoms in less than an hour; there was long hair everywhere- in the tub, in the beds, on the floor. I did let the host know but they didn’t respond to that portion of the message. It just felt uncomfortable-so uncomfortable my husband entertained ditching the reservation and staying somewhere else. There’s room for improvement for what I’m looking for, but this is very basic.
