Seachase E302 is a spacious 1400 square foot, 3rd floor unit with one of the largest two bedroom, two bathroom floor plans on the beach. Every room overlooks the Gulf of Mexico. Both bedrooms, the living room and the dining room all have wall-to-wall and floor-to-ceiling windows to experience the view. That's 60' of of Glass! If you are looking for one of the nicest units on the beach, you have found it! Nicely decorated with many new furnishings, a remodeled kitchen and new furniture!

This unit features:
~Remodeled Kitchen with all NEW Stainless Steel appliances, Granite Countertops, a high end Tray Ceiling. Trash compactor, and a Keurig Coffee Machine!
~King Master and Double Queen Guest Room have NEW Pillow Top Mattresses, NEW Bedding, 50" Flat Screen TVs and carpeting!
~Living Room has beautiful Crown Molding with accent lighting, a NEW Sleeper Sofa and Loveseat, NEW Draperies, NEW 65" Flat Screen TV, fresh paint and NEW hard flooring!
~Master Bathroom has NEW light fixtures and a body spray shower system with rain shower head!
~Two seasonal (typically 3/15 - 10/31) beach chairs and one umbrella ARE included with the rental of this condo. Please see the onsite provider and let them know you are staying in Unit E302
A maximum of TWO well-behaved and well-trained dogs under 20 lbs are allowed in this unit! A non-refundable pet fee of $200 per pet applies. Any deception of pets will result in a cancellation with no refund.

Here are just a Few of the best things of 302E...Clean (even though I Always Clorox wipe first thing)...Wall to Wall Ceiling to Floor glass with un-obstructed view of the Crystal beach and Emerald color waves of The Gulf of America ....beautiful Beachy decorations.... Great beds...and I love the blue atmosphere lighting in the living area. This was Not our first time here...and I'm sure it will not be the last. Lisa and Kendall are awesome to work with.

We love staying in Seachase when we come to PCB. The views are breathtaking. The condo was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the reclining couches were so nice. We did have a complaint, but it is no fault of the condo owners so we did not mention it to them. There's construction happening at the condo right now. We were awoken between 7-8am daily with loud noises from the construction and they went on until around 5-6pm every evening. It did take away from the vacation experience of sleeping in or sitting on the balcony to enjoy the sounds of the water. The handbook did note quiet hours from 10-10, but I don't think that applied to the construction crew. Again, nothing the owners can control, but it would have been nice to know that's what we could expect for our stay. Overall, the condo was great, we loved it and would definitely book again in the future once construction has been completed.

VERY CLEAN....The condo was bigger than what I had expected and really comfy. You cant hear your neighbors so that's nice. The property manager was very nice. I would love to stay again!
