You are sure to enjoy a memorable vacation in this luxury beach front condo with 60 feet of floor-to-ceiling glass in the living/dining/kitchen and both bedrooms, all of which overlook the Gulf of Mexico. Totally renovated, high-end gulf front unit for up to 8 people maximum. Living/dining/kitchen area and two bedrooms all facing the gulf. You can't beat this unit. Granite countertops, warm decor with beautiful furniture. Owner allows mature guests who know how to take care of other's property. No smoking anywhere in this unit (including on the balcony).
This is a dog friendly unit. No cats. A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed to stay in this unit. Please note dogs are not allowed on the beach in front of Seachase, but they are allowed at designated dog beach areas and the closest one is about 1 mile east of Seachase at the pier at Pier Park.
Seachase is located only a mile from great dining and shopping at Peir Park and only a couple of miles from Frank Brown Park where most softball and baseball tournaments are held.

*Absolutely no smoking in the unit or on the balcony.
*A maximum of 2 well-trained dogs are allowed. No weight restrictions, but no aggressive breeds.

My family enjoyed the views from this condo! We felt right at home as soon as we walked in. My doggies loved being able to vacation with us too! I rarely would stay at the same place, but I would definitely go back!

Need some more cleaning. Webs behind one side of the shades in guest bedroom. Need to check light bulbs before new guest arrives. Like three of them were not functioning. We replaced one that we found on the washing cabinet, Worked an hour...

Thank you for an amazing weekend! The location and views were perfect!!! The condo was very clean, comfortable, and exactly what our family of 5 needed to enjoy the beach! Sitting on the spacious balcony was relaxing and the views spectacular! The owner responded quickly to any questions but we never had any problems during our stay. Thanks again!

A beautiful condo in a beautiful beachfront location. The shell of 201E is amazing, i.e., the floors, bathrooms, kitchen, balcony, appliances, AC, however the furniture was worn out and in much need of replacement, especially the mattresses and balcony furniture (except for the rocking chairs) and a good thorough dusting is needed in cracks, crevices and underneath the beds. Garage maintenance was under way during our entire stay from 9A-5P! Forget the sound of gentle waves--very loud!! For these reasons my rating can only be a 3.5. The beach company was great with our set up--never a hiccup and Corri was easy to contact and immediate with her responses.
