About this apartment rental
A sunny, modern living with stunning views. This rental unit is fully renovated recently and is prepared to make you feel like at home.
Central location, but in a quite street and beautiful neighbourhood.
10 minute to Hobart CBD, 7 minutes to North Hobart, 15 minutes to Mona and 25 minutes to Airport.
You will have a whole 200m2 self contained unit with 3 bedrooms, huge living and sitting areas and a large kitchen. The place has one and a half bathroom. This rental unit is located upstairs.
The space
Please do not book if you are looking to party or make noises at night. To respect our neighbours, we will have to turn down your request and also ask you to leave.
The place provides 3 spacious bedrooms with super comfy queen beds and built-in wardrobes, together with one huge sofa bed in the living room. One bathroom and two toilets.
The living room has a large brand new sofa, smart TV, and a few board games. There is also a separate sitting reading corner and working space with a bookshelf, a desk and a office chair.
The modern, open kitchen is connected to the dining area and living room, which provides a contemporary look and you can talk to others while cooking.
Outside is a huge patio, with a gorgeous café corner and BBQ set.
For the family with a baby, a travel cot, highchair and toys are happily provided upon request.
If you are looking for a relaxing, friend and family friendly place for your trip in Tasmania, this place is for you!
Strictly no smoking, no party and loud noise after 9pm. Please be mindful of our amazing neighbour.

Lovely, comfortable accomodation with terrific views. Easy check in process.
Great area, quiet location with playgrounds nearby and everything you'd need is only a short drive away.
A few things we'd ( and future guests maybe ) find useful- a clothes horse as it's often raining and more pegs for clothesline.
Long handled dustpan and broom to sweep the floors.

Very nice and clean property with great views (we actually see fireworks on new year eve). The host is very friendly and super helpful. Highly recommended

We really enjoyed our stay at Emily's place. The place was clean and tidy and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. We loved the welcome basket and the kids enjoyed the fruit. The hosts were very accommodating and lovely to deal with. Would definitely recommend and hope to stay again!
