Set across two spacious levels, this modern townhouse has been thoughtfully designed to maximise natural light, comfort and the beautiful outlook across the Derwent River.
Downstairs, you`ll find two well-appointed bedrooms. One bedroom features a comfortable queen bed, while the second offers two single beds, making it ideal for children, friends or additional guests. This level also includes a full bathroom and the added convenience of a separate toilet. Portable radiant heaters are available in the downstairs bedrooms, ensuring a warm and comfortable stay during Tasmania`s cooler months.
Upstairs is where the property truly shines. The bright and spacious open-plan living, dining and kitchen area enjoys elevated river views and an abundance of natural light through large windows. The contemporary kitchen is beautifully finished with quality Smeg appliances, a large island bench, electric cooktop and everything needed to prepare meals during your stay. Whether you`re enjoying breakfast at the large dining table or relaxing in the living area, the stunning outlook creates a wonderful atmosphere throughout the day.
The master suite is also located upstairs and features a queen bed, walk-in robe and private ensuite. An additional separate toilet on this level provides extra convenience for larger groups.
Step outside onto the elevated deck where you`ll find a gas BBQ and outdoor seating area, perfect for entertaining or simply unwinding while taking in the river views.
The home comfortably accommodates up to eight guests. In addition to the three bedrooms, a sofa bed is available in the living area. Linen for the sofa bed is provided and stored in the cupboard behind the dining table. Guests are welcome to use the sofa bed during their stay, and we simply ask that you let us know if it has been used.
Additional amenities include complimentary WiFi, a washer-dryer combination, iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner and everything needed for a comfortable short or extended stay.
