Newly Renovated 3 Bedroom, 1.5 Bath Rental in Hyannis, 1.5 miles to beach

The apartment was beautifully maintained and exceptionally clean. It was well stocked with kitchen utensils, cookware, and even basic seasonings, which made cooking very convenient. There were plenty of heating and cooling options, and the large backyard looked like a great space to enjoy unfortunately, the weather didn’t cooperate during our stay.The location was convenient, with grocery stores like Walmart and Trader Joe’s just a 5–7 minute drive away, and most attractions/places were within about 20–25 minutes by car.The host was straightforward and respectful of our privacy, which we appreciated. A bit more communication would have made the experience even smoother, especially since the check-in instructions were accidentally not sent and the property was a little difficult to locate at first.One small maintenance issue we noticed was that the patio doors from the kitchen and bedroom did not have functioning locks and were secured using a wooden stick when not in use. Aside from that, the apartment was very comfortable and well cared for. The basement also does not have any door which can be a little scary.

Excellent place to stay. Excellent communication with renter.

Home was clean. Had everything we needed.

The window in the big bedroom was open 2 inches and would not shut, no screen. No curtains on some of the windows and closets did not look like they had any work done on them, smelt old.
