Beautiful updated home in Hyannis 3bd/2ba, under 3 miles to Craigville beach and downtown areas. Contemporary home with 55" flat screen TV . There is a patio and a large backyard, with an enclosed outside shower, that can be used as a perfect outdoor living/dining space.

My husband and I stayed here over the weekend for our babymoon. The location was great and being able to use the beach pass was nice, even if the weather didn’t cooperate with us. The house was clean and comfortable. Only issue we had was the security system at the front door went off a few times due to low battery and I mentioned to the owner but never received a response back. Other than that, it was perfect for a nice little getaway for the two of us before our little Bean joins us.

Things were not clean when we got there..we had to wipe things down and change sheets. We also had problems with ants in hallways and bedrooms.. we got traps and spray and were reimbursed. Only issue that was not resolved while we were there is the house alarm went off every night at 3 AM and we have 4 little kids. I contacted the owner daily but was not resolved during our 10 day stay. If those two issues were resolved was a great location
