About this villa rental
The mini-villa is located in a quiet residence close to the beaches with a swimming pool and paddling pool heated from April to November and a private enclosed parking area.
The accommodation is a spacious and comfortably furnished 55m² semi-detached bungalow with a kitchen, living room, and terrace offering panoramic sea views. A staircase (5 steps) leads to the bedroom, bathroom, and separate WC.
The equipment in the rooms includes:
- For the kitchen, a fridge/freezer, a dishwasher, an oven, a microwave, a washing machine, a coffee maker, a Nespresso machine, a kettle, a sink and cupboards with pans, pots...
- For the living room, a 55cm TV (TNT satellite), a sofa bed (140cm), a coffee table and a sideboard.
- For the terrace, a table, chairs and an electric barbecue.
- For the bedroom, a 160cm bed, 2 bedside tables and a wardrobe (a safe).
- For the bathroom, a sink with a cupboard (hair dryer) and a shower.
- Available in a cupboard: a broom, a bucket, a mop, a table and an iron, 2 beach umbrellas.

The best residence I have ever been. Small, essential but extremely curated, fantastic swimming pool escavated into corse rocks granite. Completely integrated into the wild Corse nature with an incredible view of Sardinia Santa Giula bay: you would pass all the night looking the panorama and the ligh of Sardinia and the stars and the moon reflecting into the sea. The apartament are perfect, clean, no noise, with air conditioning that I did not used because of nice wind you have all the nights. Very close to the top beaches of Corse and Medioterranean sea. Incredibly friendly the owner Cristophe and the "special" Jean Baptiste that will make you like feeling at home. The residence is very curated plenty of trees and flowers and very clean. It has reamained into my heart and I hope next year or in next future to come back again. Thank you again Cristophe and Jean Baptiste!
