About this villa rental
The mini-villa is located in a quiet residence close to the beaches with a swimming pool and paddling pool heated from April to November and a private enclosed parking area.
The accommodation is a spacious and comfortably furnished 55m² semi-detached bungalow with a kitchen, living room, and terrace offering panoramic sea views. A staircase (5 steps) leads to the bedroom, bathroom, and separate WC.
The equipment in the rooms includes:
- For the kitchen, a fridge/freezer, a dishwasher, an oven, a microwave, a washing machine, a coffee maker, a Nespresso machine, a kettle, a sink and cupboards with pans, pots...
- For the living room, a 55cm TV (TNT satellite), a sofa bed (140cm), a coffee table and a sideboard.
- For the terrace, a table, chairs and an electric barbecue.
- For the bedroom, a 160cm bed, 2 bedside tables and a wardrobe (a safe).
- For the bathroom, a sink with a cupboard (hair dryer) and a shower.
- Available in a cupboard: a broom, a bucket, a mop, a table and an iron, 2 beach umbrellas.

Par où commencer ? Nous sommes arrivés dans un lieu magique... Une propriété magnifique, la piscine à débordement chauffée à 29 degrés H24 avec sa petite cascade est un bijou.. La végétation y est luxuriante. La vue.. Imprenable.. Une bulle de bonheur.. Christophe, le propriétaire, est une personne bienvaillante et chaleureuse, ses précieux conseils nous ont permis de découvrir des endroits paradisiaques.. L'hébergement, mini villa n*4, était fidèle aux photos, simple mais très propre, le nécessaire y est. Le couchage est confortable.
Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir dans cette résidence bien située dans un petit village charmant et très bien situé, sans passer des heures en voiture pour visiter les trésors du Sud Est de l'île de toutes les beautés .
Nous vous recommandons fortement cette location.
Merci encore à Christophe pour cette semaine hors du temps qui a malgré tout passé beaucoup trop vite...

Très bel endroit parfaitement entretenu pour découvrir le Sud de la Corse. Accueil chaleureux, tout en discrétion et efficacité. A proximité de plages sublimes. Nous y reviendrons certainement !
