Freshly painted, newly remodeled condo located on the hilltop provides you amazing views down island all the way to the BVIs. Beautiful new ceramic tiles floors, fresh Caribbean paint colors, brand new kitchen gives you a great place to call home on your special vacation! Come with your family or friends! We have three (3) pools to enjoy, a Nature Trail and a small intimate beach. Beautiful Views, Flowers and greenery wherever you are on property!
We have a great little beach on property, Sugar Beach that is small intimate and hardly ever used. It`s the perfect spot for a walk with your morning coffee or snorkeling in the morning or afternoon hours. We are 1/3 of a mile from Coki Beach where you will find some of the island`s best snorkeling without taking a boat as you can go right off the beach! You can learn to scuba dive at Coki also - Take the full PADI course or just a discovery dive. Coral World is right next to Coki, a great place to bring the kids.
We are owner operated and you are welcome to enjoy the 3 pools, nature trail, 2 restaurants and intimate Sugar Beach.

Hiking Trails, Ruins, Snorkeling with Turtles, Swimming with Dolphins, Deep Sea Fishing, Parasailing, Day Sails, Sunset Sails, Charter a Boat to Spend the Day on the Water, Learn to Scuba/Certified Divers try out our great spots including wreck diving and diving for lobster. Pirate Museum, Children`s Museum and Historical Tours available downtown Charlotte Amalie. Duty Free Shopping also! - A Day on the Water will be Your Best Day of Vacation!

Perfect East End location at Point Pleasant Villas but not part of the in-house rental program (so no resort fees)!
We always recommend renting a car for your stay! Best way to explore!
Natural Stone Steps lead to the condo, you must be able to climb stairs to visit the pools and restaurants also!
Occasionally the island electric company WAPA will have an issue with their service and you may experience an unexpected power outage; sometimes this is island-wide and sometimes it only affects certain areas but it has nothing to do with the resort or our villa so unfortunately there isn’t anything we can do about it. Should this happen, you’ll also temporarily lose running water (which also means no toilet flushing) but there should be bottles of water under the bathroom sink to pour in the tank if needed. Should you experience a power outage, the restaurants on Point Pleasant have independent generators and so does the lobby, but it’s a perfect opportunity to unplug and go to the beach or explore different places on the island. Most locals are used to this but I truly understand this is not the norm for everyone else – hopefully you can roll with it and look around at the beautiful views and appreciate the beauty along with the quirks of island life!

My wife and I went for our tenth anniversary and enjoyed our stay. The setting was beautiful and overlooked the water toward St. John, very clean and quiet for the entire trip. The bar/restaurant on the property was extremely convenient and the location gave us quick access to Linquist Beach and the car ferry to go to the National Park. Strongly recommend staying here.

This was such a cozy spot to unwind! The views are amazing. It was nice to have the lobby for quick drinks or snacks, pool options, and a nature trail!!
