I absolutely loved this place, my room had the best view, which is the second floor with the balcony, my husband and I and my daughter and her boyfriend which were across the hall, got to watch all the storms, without getting wet, there was plenty of Sun yet plenty of shade. I loved how there were several floors, several entries and exits, to the private pool and beach access. We have a large family and when we woke up in the morning it sounded like everyone was asleep, because you can't hear other people. We met our neighbors next door and they had children from 17 to 5 years old plus several drinking adults and they apologized for them having fun & the kids screaming and running around all night, BUUUT, we didn't hear them ALOT all. All the rooms are great sizes every couple has their own bathroom or a little family, the laundry room and the 4, 2 reg & 2 mini, refrigerators were fantastic. Upon arrival there were several unkempt items in the rental. The floor tile needs to be re-grouted and there were broken, lifted pieces throughout the rental, especially in front of the refrigerator in the kitchen. The HVAC mechanic had to be called as well due to lack of cleaned coils and filter. The water from this issue was causing water to leak down into the carport to the point of the ceiling debris falling. Also, the second floor bedroom had water forming around the bathroom light as if it were leaking from the third floor. The whirlpool was also not in working order for majority of our stay. None of this was reported to us prior to or during check-in. This property could definitely use quite a bit of upkeep. The convenience to beach access was great, however.
