About this apartment rental
Collemare' literally means 'hill by the sea' and this is exactly what you are greetedg with when you arrive at this high end property.
Situated just 500 meters back from Scerne di Pineto beach, just a two minute drive away, you find the clear waters and pebble beach of Scerne with its ever expanding Lidos.
Here, included as part of the rental is a private Cabana with its prime location offering shade, deck chairs and sun beds at the very front of the beach.
Adjacent to the right you have Pineto’s beautiful sandy beach with its pine trees and to the left Roseto’s huge bustling beach and town filled with activity. Both connected by newly built bike and walking paths.
Back at the main apartment is your beautiful newly decorated and upgraded (2025) 3 bedroom home set on two levels with two bathrooms and two fully equipped kitchens which sleeps 6.
Two large TV’s in the kitchen and lounge areas offer a comprehensive Sky package for those who wish to leave the private pool !! Alongside Netflix, Prime, Apple etc that you can sign into.
The latest WiFi is available privately throughout. There is an additional 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment above which sleeps 4 and is accessible from the garden in the main apartment below. It allows larger groups to enjoy a joint holiday while still maintaining privacy and space. The price indicated is for the main apartment that sleeps 6, if you want to rent the upstairs apartment in addition to the main apartment please contact me directly for the total rental amount for both apartments.
Pineto is only a 2 hour car journey from the centre of Rome via the stunning Grand Sasso and National Park areas and 3 1/2 hours from the Amalfi coast. Set in Abruzzo, whether it’s beaches or hiking or quad bikes or canoeing or quite simply lying by the pool your options here are endless.
Not to mention some of the world’s most incredible history with stunning towns and villages.

Lovely property to stay in! Well equipped, clean, and exactly as we had hoped from the photos. Dealing with Jo was a pleasure. So easy to book, all questions answered and all the information we needed was sent in plenty of time.
The property itself is superb. We had all the space we needed inside and out, with a beautiful garden and crystal clear pool.
The area is lovely and quiet, a short walk to local shops and the coast.
We would definitely return!

A great place with everything we could possibly want. The information and recommendations were very helpful. Great communication with the owner and available when we needed them, the local help was invaluable too. Would return like a shot. If anyone wants a beautiful place to stay and a superb area to visit and explore this is it.

The apartment was a good family size, decorated well & very comfortable. Both the kitchens were exceptionally fitted out. We felt more of a home than holiday apart. It is situated very close to Pineto, a lovely village with everything at hand. There are numerous restaurants to suit all tastes. With a Vineyard 100 metres away selling cheap wine , great eating out & lovely local beaches, we would definitely recommend.

Location is nice but the beds are horrible, and for this Price I need more comfort.
Sorrowly the Trash System didn't work, nobody fetched it.
Also I was not amused when, the agent Guy tried too guilt me of a damaged sun chair.
