Our Villa puts you in the centre of all things Abruzzo and Italy.
Italy’s most recognized medieval villages, blue flag beaches and Europe’s largest natural reserve are all within close proximity and you will still have the convenience of being located close to excellent authentic Italian restaurants, elegant cafes, fashionable shopping district and thrilling nightlife.

This exclusive Villa has been designed to make it ideal for either a couple or a large group and with a layout of over 500m² (5382 sqft) you can easily entertain your guests or enjoy the spacious Villa all to yourselves.
Please note that base rates indicated are subject to change based on guest requirements and villa occupancy and number of nights booked. Renting a car would be required to explore the beauty of Abruzzo as well as to get to and from the Villa.

The area is renowned for its Montepulciano D’Abruzzo Wine, the Adriatic Coast line with its long stretch of beach, wonderful fresh cuisine, shopping, charming nearby villages, the mountain ranges and warm friendly people!
The centre of Pescara, with its designer and high street shops, is a 10-minute drive from the villa and there are also some best kept secrets where you can purchase designer fashion from designer factory outlets at heavily discounted prices. The beach is also a 10 minutes drive away.
Small charming characteristic towns, open markets and local festivals in the nearby area are ideal for day trips to explore. And in the evenings, the beach cafes and the old town of Pescara Porto transform themselves into vibrant night spots. Or if you like you can even catch a bus, train or drive on the “Auto Strada” to Rome for a day trip which takes only around 2 hours to get there!
The mountain range also known as 'La Bella Dormentata' (The Sleeping Beauty) is 40 mins away and can be seen from the villa and Abruzzo's extensive park system includes natural beauty akin to national parks in the western United States. Within Abruzzo's parks lie some of Italy's most beautiful ancient hill towns rivaling those of Tuscany and Umbria.

Our family came together from all corners of America to create unforgettable memories in this charming villa overlooking the breathtaking Adriatic Sea and majestic mountains. Mornings were pure magic—sipping coffee while taking in the panoramic views, just as delightful as biking along the seaside promenade through quaint beach towns. Nature offered its own surprises, like watching goat herders guide their flocks and spotting local wildlife that made the landscape feel alive. In the warmth of the villa’s embrace, we gathered to cook hearty family meals, sharing laughter and stories around the table. There was plenty of space to cherish our time together while also enjoying peaceful moments of solitude. Every experience, big or small, made this getaway truly special.

the area is close to everything, but the area is relatively undisturbed and the local folks and restaurants are great.Good food very close and nice people

Not convenient to much of anything. Beautiful views. We had to replace coffee pot as property manager did not respond to requests for assistance Beds comfortable but sheets don’t fit Time for some maintenance on the house . Internet doesn’t work other than in kitchen
