This property is in a prime location. It is right on the water, and the view is beautiful. We even caught a fish from the dock, just for fun. It was very reasonably, actually a bit low, priced. The downside? It's not super clean, and the renovations aren't great. We would still stay here again. It's priced for the downside.

Air conditioning was good, however one overhead fan was not working. It would have been nice to be able to open all the windows in the porch area.

The ease of the location to John’s Pass was nice. The building was a bit deserted as there were repairs still going on. The listing stated no smoking but the bedrooms did have a cigarette smell. There was one other couple there, with their boat they hogged the simple dock so we had no access to fish. In general we would book this again.
