Nice place! Clean, comfortable and great location! We enjoyed the view of the canal and being able to fish. Very peaceful.

Very good location and overall no complaints. Within walking distance of the beach and bonus for anyone who has kids there is a really nice park right around the corner.

The ease of the location to John’s Pass was nice. The building was a bit deserted as there were repairs still going on. The listing stated no smoking but the bedrooms did have a cigarette smell. There was one other couple there, with their boat they hogged the simple dock so we had no access to fish. In general we would book this again.
