About this house rental
A quick note to start with: there are also videos available on Instagram and YouTube! Just search for “Villa Carpe Diem Mallorca” and check them out! Best regards from the “Fincaundmeer” team!
This charming home is located in a quiet residential complex in Cala Murada. The owners renovated the house in 2021 with great attention to detail. The result is a true oasis of well-being spread over two floors.
On the first floor is the spacious and light-filled living and dining area with an open kitchen and an adjoining utility room equipped with a washer and dryer. An air-conditioned bedroom with a 180x200 cm bed and a bathroom round out the beautifully designed first floor.
A pellet stove creates a special ambiance and ensures comfortable temperatures on cool days.
A staircase leads to the upper floor of the house. Here you’ll find the cozy, air-conditioned master bedroom with an en suite bathroom and a private sun terrace.
The low-maintenance outdoor area of the house, featuring Mediterranean landscaping, evokes a true vacation atmosphere. A covered terrace offers the perfect shaded spot in the summer. The chill-out area invites you to spend relaxing hours there.
The very well-maintained residential complex, 90% of which is for private use (no tourist rentals), features a large communal pool with a sun terrace. The owners of the surrounding homes are only sporadically in Mallorca. As a result, the pool isn’t overcrowded, and a relaxing, peaceful atmosphere is guaranteed.
A clubhouse with a sauna and hot tub, along with a small playground, round out the package.
On the day of your arrival, we’ll welcome you in person to hand over the keys and give you a brief orientation. We’ll also see you off in person when you check out.
We look forward to your visit!

The place was really beautiful and had amazing pool , defo need a car if you want to come here but they do have taxis at a good price, just heads up tho if you have rubbish you have to find a toll near the beach to throw away the rubbish as it’s expected by the guest however the host was nice enough to help us, but i do also want to mention just be careful and take before and after videos of the place , as we got accused of leaving it messy even though i cleaned most of the bed sheets and towels and I really didn’t need to do that , mopped and wept everything, but besides that our stay was really good
