Beautiful house "Matos". 500 m from the centre of Cala Murada, 14 km from the centre of Felanitx, 27 km from the centre of Campos, 1.4 km from the sea, in a cul-de-sac. Private: property 800 m2 (fenced), swimming pool (10 x 5 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Shower/WC in the pool area, parking on the premises. Supermarket 900 m, bus stop "Cala Murada" 1 km, sandy beach 1.4 km. Please note: car recommended. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Owner lives in separate semi-detached house.

Die Finca ist wunderschön. Alles was man benötigt ist vorhanden (Küche, Handtücher usw...). Die Finca liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Seitenstraße bzw. Sackgasse in dem ohnehin kleinen Dorf Cala Murada. Der Außenbereich mit dem großen Pool ist unfassbar schön. Der Außengrill ist riesig und lässt keine Wünsche übrig. Das Design des ganzen Bereichs ist sehr edel (Wandfliesen, Außendusche, Sitz und Liegegelegenheiten). Die Gastgeberin Ana war immer erreichbar und bei allem hilfsbereit. Danke!
