Welcome to our newly constructed 4 Bed/2.5 Bath farmhouse-style home located in the heart of Five Points, just a short walk from a variety of delicious local restaurants and shops. Situated on a quiet, wooded side street, this charming home offers a peaceful retreat while still being conveniently close to the UGA campus, just about a mile away. Our cozy home provides ample space with 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms and is nestled on a quiet side street just off Lumpkin St, offering sidewalks all the way to Five Points commercial district, campus, and Historic Downtown. Our open floor plan seamlessly connects the living room to the fully equipped kitchen and a large screened deck with its cozy sitting area, ideal for enjoying the serene surroundings.
The main floor features a bedroom with a Queen bed, a foyer with a Twin sleeper sofa, a dining room, a half bathroom, and a laundry room for added convenience. Upstairs, the master bedroom awaits with a King size bed and an ensuite bathroom boasting 2 vanities and a stand-up shower. Maggie was an excellent host and very responsive. There were no check-out chores which was amazing and allowed us to relax and enjoy our entire stay. House was very clean and beautifully decorated. As described and pictured. Perfect location to UGA while still being peaceful while at the house. Beds were comfortable and plenty of towels for the shower. Will absolutely stay again.

This is the perfect rental house. We have stayed in many rental houses throughout the years in many different countries. This house is one of our favorites, hands down. It is thoughtfully appointed and well stocked with kitchen supplies. It feels very comfortable and so easy to relax. We had a group of 8, two in each bedroom. Everyone commented about how nice the decor is. The living room has plenty of comfortable seating. Easy check-in process, amazing checkout. We had a superb experience.
