This is a compact property in a great location.There were a few maintenance items that needed attention and I expect the host will deal with these soon.If you are going to be out and about all day sightseeing this would be a good base in a pleasant upmarket area.Close to the tube and plenty of supermarkets and all the usuals in Tottenham Court Road.There is quite a lot of South facing glass so it does warm up on a sunny day. Fans are provided. That would likely be an issue in the summer months.

We loved our stay, our only complaint was the sofa bed in the den, it was not comfortable to sleep on at all. Otherwise we loved this spot.
