About this apartment rental
The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming 37 m² flat for rent in Les Angles, with a view of Lake Matemale and a ski resort within walking distance. It can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the 2nd floor (no lift), it comprises a pretty 17 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, a good-sized bedroom and a shower room. We're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
- A 17 m² living room with a sofa, a double sofa bed, a TV and a dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with fridge, oven, microwave, hob, dishwasher, raclette machine, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, etc.
- One bedroom with double bed (140×190) and TV
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC
Outside area :
- A south-facing balcony, with views of Lake Matemale and the mountains, to enjoy the fine weather.
The flat is ideally located in Les Angles, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, the market...
Activities :
A real resort village, Les Angles has developed at the foot of the slopes and has managed to retain its authentic character while meeting the requirements of a modern ski resort. This location, unique in the Pyrenees, where the slopes arrive in the old village, makes it one of the most pleasant resorts in the Massif.
The ski area extends over 55 km of pistes for all levels and 800 m of vertical drop. Reaching an altitude of 2,400 metres, it is one of the largest ski areas in the Pyrénées-Orientales, with 45 varied runs alternating between forests of hooked pine and wide open spaces. A real ski area!
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's private car park.
As for other modes of transport, here's some information you might find useful:
- Shuttles between Mont-Louis, La Cabanasse and Les Angles
- Nearest train station: Mont-Louis La Cabanasse, approx. 15 km away
- Nearest airport: Perpignan-Rivesaltes, approx. 100 km away
- Free shuttle bus stop at the foot of the building
Other remarks :
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made with our partner on site). The prices given are for information only and are subject to change by our partner.
- You are responsible for cleaning at the end of your stay (or an additional charge can be paid to our local service provider: €50).
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
- Any request for arrival or departure outside the times indicated is subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
