Large 45m2 F2 with a large, very bright living room (BZ sofa with 2 sleeping places) opening onto a balcony and its magnificent panoramic view of Lake Matemale, a master bedroom with 1 140X190 bed, a bathroom with WC and a small cabin area with 2 foldaway beds in 80X190.
Each bed is equipped with a mattress protector, a duvet and pillows.
Fully equipped kitchen with appliances, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, raclette machine, crêpe maker.
Located in a residence 450m from the slopes, 200m from the shops, free shuttle bus to the village resort.
Reserved parking, heated ski room on the landing.
There is no wifi. There is no household linen.
At the foot of the Pyrenees, you will have the opportunity to visit the fortified city, listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site in Mont-Louis, and to discover the largest solar oven in France in Odeillo.
Enjoy an exceptional 62 km ride aboard the little yellow train, recharge your batteries at the outdoor hot springs of Saint Thomas, Dorres or Llo.

Superbe semaine dans cet appartement à l’emplacement idéal avec toutes les commodités. Pièce à vivre très lumineuse, cuisine avec le nécessaire très pratique et salle de bain très fonctionnelle avec douche. Tout était parfait avec une superbe vue sur le lac de matemale et accès pratique pour toute sorte d’activité. Superbe séjour.

Propretée irréprochable. Une rénovation de la cuisine et de la salle de bain sympathique et bienvenue. Les lits escamotables dans le couloir d'entrée très astucieux. Bonne literie autant dans la chambre que sur le canapé lit. Bon à très bon équipement. Un vrai four appréciable. Manque un à deux fauteuils confortables dans le salon salle à manger. Un seul défaut, le manque de soleil sur la terrasse dès 9H30 le matin du à une orientation NE. Mais belle vue sur le Lac de Matemale et le Capcir. Casiers à chaussures et à skis sur le palier très appréciables. Commerces non loin à pieds.

Bel appartement, très belle vue et calme. Par contre dans l'immeuble le système de chauffage génère des bruits perceptibles la nuit.

Salon et cuisine très agréable.
Salle de bain correcte sauf baignoire un peu vétuste. Une douche serait plus fonctionnelle.
Chambre correcte, mais utilisation du lit en mezzanine que pour des enfants.
Situation à 5minutes des commerces et 15mn des pistes.
