About this house rental
This vacation home offers an ideal location for exploring the Lakes Region. This three-bedroom home provides stunning peeks at Lake Winnipesaukee. Upon entering, you'll notice the exposed beams and large windows that let the sunlight flood in. The main level features an open floor plan, leading to a wrap-around porch through sliding glass doors. It includes a fantastic kitchen, living room, ¾ bathroom, and a primary bedroom with a king-size bed.
Upstairs, you'll find two more bedrooms: one with a queen-size bed and the other with a double bed. A full-size bathroom is situated between the two rooms. The house is equipped with books and board games for family enjoyment.
Outside, you can relax in the grassy yard or on the porch, taking in the surrounding scenery. Grill your favorite meal and enjoy outdoor dining.
This is a dog friendly home! There is a pet agreement that will need to be signed prior to arrival and a pet fee will be added to your reservation as well.
Please note: Linens are not included with this home so you will need to bring your own sheets and towels, or you can rent them from Break Away Rentals. Property was perfect, quiet and relaxing.The house was clean, plenty of space, stocked with everything you need. Family friendly, pet friendly and very close to a lot of attractions, restaurants and lake.

We booked this wonderful home for our family (and pooch) based on the location and proximity to all of Laconia's attractions. The home was perfect. The neighborhood was quiet and friendly and made for a perfect week away.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the home was perfect.

Overall we had an amazing stay. The house was a beautiful post and beam family home great for one larger family or two small families. It was clean and pet friendly and had all the basic kitchen equipment and supplies you need. The large deck was great for eating outside. The location in Gilford is extremely convenient to grocery stores, butcher, bagel shop, Weirs Beach, and several marinas. However, the house did not really offer lake views to speak of (at least in the summer). They are also clearing a lot right behind the property so there were a lot of chainsaws early in the morning (7am) and they were burning brush so it was very smokey. In addition, we found out that Gilford passed an ordinance last year that only residents can use the beaches so although there is a beach in walking distance, we could not use it. Having said that, we would definitely rent this home again and would recommend it to others.

The House was beautiful and felt very homie and comfortable. Near the local beaches and easy to get around the area. Loved it!!
