We were a big group of ten and this house accommodated us well. This is a beautiful, well maintained home close to the beach and area attractions. We would definitely stay here again as overall house and location are great. Beach access is at end of block with a 6 minute walk to the water. there are small improvements that can be made in home and certain things we expected to be provided that are standard in other rentals we have had. We did have some minor issues that were addressed/fixed quickly. It would have been nice to have some info about house and Tybee attractions/resources in a manual and sent to us prior so we were prepared. We did not realize they had board games until last day. The beach does not have any chair/umbrella rentals or food area- only south beach does. We noticed on last day someone rented chair/umbrellas from south beach and were placed on north beach- wish we had known to do this as well as the house does not have any of these amenities and beach gets very hot/sunny with no reprieve. Pay attention to tide levels as jellyfish highly impact in august swimming. The house did provide beach towels. The biggest thing needed is cookware- only tiny frying pan, minimal baking materials so when we were cooking was a bit challenging as had to take cook in multiple batches. The BBQ was filthy and we had to clean it to use it- this should have been done from cleaning company. Overall stay was great and centrally located. Beautiful area!

5stars for Tyber Island. Beaches were nice and we saw dolphins every day. The only concern we had was the condition of the house. The bed linens were dirty. Half empty beer bottle under one bed and used vap cartridges under another bed. Bed frames were broke on two of the beds. Surfaces had not been cleaned.

Check in was easy, so that was good. We had enough beds for everybody, a large table with plenty of seats for meals, and a nice open living area. Other than that, it was barely adequate. After multiple attempts to reach property managers about issues, there was never any response. Issues with stove, light, refrigerator, and more. It definitely was not bad, but it was not the winner either.
