About this apartment rental
Privately owned apartment, located just metres from the Chamois Chair, Canyon Run and a short walk to the village, this top floor apartment provides spectacular views and a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere.
Large entry foyer with drying cupboard and ski storage racks, leads to a comfortable living and dining areas which includes kitchenette.
Sleeping 7, the apartment has 2 separate bedrooms; master bedroom and second bedroom with 5 beds. The loft has a dedicated kids retreat with plenty of room to escape the parents.
There is a well equipped central bathroom and separate w/c.
Hydronic heating and electric booster heating ensure the apartment is warm and snug.
Includes LCD TV & DVD, dishwasher and clothes dryer.

Mt Buller, one of Australia's premier ski resorts, is located only 248 Kilometres from Melbourne . With 58 runs across 263 hectares of terrain, you can go all day at Buller without ever taking the same run twice. The 25 lifts are capable of moving 40,000 people an hour.
BOOKING CONDITIONS
Deposit of 50 % of total cost is required within 7 days to confirm booking with balance payable at least one calendar month prior to arrival ( both non refundable).
If reservation is made less than one calendar month prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Failure to make payment by the due date may result in the cancellation of you booking without notice.
CANCELLATIONS
if notice of cancellation is received one calendar month prior to your arrival your deposit will be fully refunded less a 15% administration fee...
If less than one calendar month notice prior to your arrival is given, all monies are forfeited.

It would be great if the apartment was equipped with washing machine. There’s no tablets for the dishwasher which disappointed us a bit. May I also suggest a lock at the door between the toilet and bathroom as well?

Spent a great three nights here with the family. Cosy and warm. Great views South to the southern slopes and the Bluff. Close to everything.

The apartment had beautiful views and was very close to the village (5-min walk), downside was the 3 or 4 flights of stairs that were exhausting to climb up after a day at the snow. The kitchen was slightly small for all of us but that was clearly shown in the accommodation. Isy was very helpful providing information to help us plan our trip! Some of the cutlery and crockery was slightly dirty but that was solved with a quick rinse :) Overall, this was worth the price and would definitely come back!
