About this house rental
Beautifully decorated, spacious three storey house with 6 bedrooms, sleeps 15 people comfortably, has three bathrooms and a separate 3rd toilet. Plus 2 living areas with open fires and a separate reading nook on the 2nd storey.

Rm 5 - 2 x single bunk beds
Rm 6 - 1 x Double/Single bunk bed
Set on 1.25 acres of flat River Valley with sunny North facing balconies on each level overlooking a private dam and the Delatite River. Stunning High country mountain views from the main living area and decks and there is also a view of the Summit of Mt Buller from the front door. Superb Kitchen facilities with a huge dining table that seats 12 and a second dining table for another 6 allows plenty of room for entertaining and a large outside deck and BBQ area is great in the warmer months. An excellent lounge with a wood fired heater and reverse cycle air conditioning keep this house comfortable and inviting all year round. There is a large flat screen TV and stereo in the lounge area on the main level with Satellite reception and a second larger Flat screen TV and stereo in the new living and entertaining area down stairs. The new room downstairs has a comfy lounge with a wood heater and a kitchenette, plus a large North facing outdoor deck with a large outdoor table overlooking the valley. The Sebel Pinnacle Valley resort is across the road with a Restaurant and Bar, and it is only a 5 minute drive to the Hunt Club Hotel in Merrijig. It is just 4km to the entry gate of Mt Buller and only 20 minutes drive to the car park and Northside chairlift.
The drying room is perfect to dry and warm your Jackets, boots and gloves for the next day on the snow.
This property has room to play footy or cricket on the grassy flat and is located at the doorstep of the High country playground where you can ski, bush walk, 4WD, mountain bike, fish, visit local wineries, or just enjoy a picnic on the banks of the Delatite river or take a dip to cool off on those hot Summer days.

We stayed for the long weekend. The house was better than pictured, beautifully presented. The outside of the property is stunning with a picturesque river running through the back yard with ample wild life. We sat on the balcony and watched kangaroos and deer grazing and ducks on the water. We stayed in winter but it would be a great place to visit in summer as well.

We had a fantastic Easter weekend with friends. Absolutely loved playing down by the river -adventuring amongst the blackberry bushes, throwing stones, clambering over logs and scouting the bush for deer. Would highly recommend and return

That's a really beautiful holiday house, the owner Jacqui is really nice and easy to negotiate, we really enjoy our holiday there, definitely will recommend this house to all my friends!
