The bright living spaces of this 3-story home have vaulted ceilings and walls of windows to capture a water view from every room. This 2800 square foot home offers large spaces for group gatherings both inside and outside the home as well as many "get away" spaces throughout the many floors, balconies, and decks for quiet, private time when desired. When you are done spying the wildlife from the balconies, you can traverse the path down to the water to enjoy over 100 feet of private "living" beach front with an elevated fire pit equipped with night lighting and electrical power.
This property boasts privacy and access to the pristine westside coastline accessible only to a scattering of shoreline homes. The mile wide and 330 foot deep Colvos Passage teams with marine life including Orca, dolphins, gray and humpback whales, barking sea lions, otters, eagles, heron, and schools of salmon during fishing season.
Though you may feel miles away from civilization in this home, downtown Vashon is only a 10 minute drive away and the ferries to Seattle, Tacoma, and western Washington are within a 30 min drive making this an opportune "home base" to launch an exploration of the entire Pacific Northwest.
