APARTMENT Duplex T3 , located in the luxury residential area of "Dunes Du Golf" in Wimereux. The place is ideal for lovers of natural sites, walks and beach (access to the beach 400 m by a coastal path), downtown, dike (about 20 'walk). The estate is located right next to the Wimereux golf course. The price includes the costs of cleaning, electricity, water and heating.
The apartment is planned for 6 people including 4 maximun adults, it is equipped with 2 bedrooms (140 x 190 cm bed) and a bedroom with a single bed, a convertible sofa bed for one person and a cot.
