. Spacious, charming chalet located at an elevation of 1,150 m, above Saint-Jean-de-Sixt, with no direct neighbors—this large chalet will enchant you with its comfort and magnificent outdoor hot tub on the covered terrace.
Entrance hall with restroom, sink, coat closet, ski boot drying cabinet, and stairs leading upstairs.
Large 90-meter living room/kitchen opening directly onto the covered terrace. Underfloor heating throughout the first floor.
Upstairs,
1 bedroom with either a 160-cm bed or twin beds, shower, and sink
1 bedroom with either a 160-cm bed or twin beds, shower, and sink
1 bedroom with a 160-cm bed, shower, and sink
1 bedroom with 2 twin beds
1 living room/bedroom with a 140-cm bed
1 loft with plenty of sleeping space but not suitable for children under 6 due to a somewhat steep staircase.

3 km from the ski lifts in La Clusaz. .
The chalet is at the foot of snowshoe trails; you can walk to La Clusaz in 20 minutes.
A car is required to go skiing. Shuttles are available in St. Jean de Sixt

We arrived to a very warm welcome. The owners do not speak much English and we don't speak much French but that was not a problem as we all managed to communicate. The owners took plenty of time to show us how everything worked and checked we were happy, they even gave champagne and local Reblochon Cheese which was a very kind gesture.
The Chalet is extremely well equipped and huge! There were only 5 of us but with a large open plan living area and second upstairs lounge this could easily accommodate 2 families.
The only down side for us was that it is a drive into the village but it was worth it as the scenery and privacy is worth it!
I would highly recommend this Chalet in summer and I expect it is amazing g in winter too!

The place is fantastic both for skiing and for walking. The house is much better of you see in pictures: the dining all is huge and we great dinner in twelve! all the house is really confortable and warm and has everything we needed! We went with our dogs and also them had a grat time! Cathy and her husbaand wery very very kind, ready to answer and ready to welcome the 12 of us! We had 3 double bed rooms for parents and one for the girl, all the 5 boys were sleeping togher in the bedrooms roof top of the house. Just a dreaming holiday! thanks a lot!
