The property is in a convenient location to BYU/Provo/Orem. The house was very clean. Had some difficulties getting logged in to one of the TVs, but the other worked fine. Traffic noise is present from the south side bedrooms, but not so much in the north side bedrooms. AC works very well, though not very balanced between upstairs and down (warm upstairs, very chilly downstairs). Overall a good value.

This home was so lovely & fit our family’s needs. The game room was awesome. The beds were cozy! The kitchen was great. It’s located near everything. It was hard to find in the dark without a house number on the home.

We are not from Utah and I was not aware of all the stairs. And that important detail was left out. Therefore we had 2 people in our party that struggled getting around. This detail could have helped us prepare or continue shopping around.
