Want to explore the Smoky Mountains without navigating a steep, narrow road every time you come and go? Lazy Daze might be exactly what you're looking for!
Conveniently located approximately 5 miles from both Bryson City and Cherokee, this cozy, dog-friendly cabin is a great choice for couples, small families and travelers who want to spend more time enjoying the mountains and less time worrying about getting there.
Inside, you'll find a comfortable queen bedroom, full bathroom, inviting living room with an ambiance fireplace, Smart TVs, WiFi, a fully equipped kitchen and a washer and dryer. We've included plenty of thoughtful extras to help make your stay comfortable.
Need additional sleeping space? The upstairs loft has a queen-size mattress placed directly on the floor. There is no bed frame or traditional bed in the loft. It's a fun, casual sleeping area best suited for kids or adventurous adults who are comfortable sleeping at floor level and accessing the loft.
Outside, enjoy morning coffee in the rocking chairs on the covered porch, challenge someone to a giant game of Connect Four, let your pup enjoy the large yard or gather around the fire pit for an evening of marshmallows and mountain memories.
Spend your days exploring waterfalls, hiking trails, local restaurants, the Great Smoky Mountains Railroad or Harrah's Cherokee Casino. When the day's adventures are over, you can return without tackling a steep mountain road.

Main Bedroom: Queen bed on the main level
Upstairs Loft: The upstairs loft offers a fun additional sleeping space, especially for kids or adventurous adults! As shown in the photos, the loft has a low ceiling and features a queen-size mattress placed directly on the floor, not a traditional bed or bed frame.
This cozy space is best suited for children or adults who don't mind the low ceiling, accessing the loft and sleeping at floor level. Please review the loft photos before booking to make sure this sleeping arrangement is comfortable for everyone in your group.

Guest Access
Guests have access to the entire cabin, covered porch, yard, fire pit and designated parking areas.
Self check-in is available. Detailed arrival instructions are provided once all pre-arrival requirements have been completed.

Important Things to Know
Renter Agreement
A completed and signed Renter Agreement is required before check-in. Check-in instructions will not be released until the agreement is completed.
A $150 security deposit hold is placed on the guest's credit card approximately 3 days before arrival. You'll receive a secure external link through the booking platform.
This is a hold, not a charge, similar to a hotel's incidental hold. The card would only be charged for damage, smoking inside or another chargeable violation.
Dog Friendly
Dogs (ONLY) are welcome with a $45 non-refundable pet fee per dog.
All dogs must be included on the reservation. Please bring a kennel if your dog will be left alone in the cabin.
Dogs only. No other pets permitted.
Smoke-Free Interior
Smoking, vaping and marijuana use are prohibited inside. Outdoor ashtrays are provided.
Additional cleaning or odor-removal charges may apply if smoking occurs inside.
What We Provide
Bed linens, bath towels, hand soap, dish soap, starter paper products, starter laundry supplies and basic kitchen necessities are provided.
Please bring personal toiletries. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, bar soap and other personal toiletries are not provided.
Traveling With Little Ones?
A Pack 'n Play and high chair are available upon request. Please request these before arrival so we can have them ready.
Lazy Daze does not have a hot tub.
Christmas
The cabin is typically decorated for Christmas beginning in mid-to-late November.
House Rules
Check-out is 11:00 AM.
No smoking or vaping inside.
No parties or events.
Dogs must be included on the reservation and applicable pet fees paid.
Please respect the cabin and surrounding property.
Report accidental damage promptly.
A signed Renter Agreement and $150 security deposit hold are required before check-in instructions are released.

It was clean,had all nesscessities, our dogs were happy. We liked the fire pit,kinda off by itself.It was nice to have washer and dryer.Cozy little place as it says.

Communication by the hosts was outstanding before, during and after the stay. The house was well stocked with the normal conveniences needed by a traveller, and a few that were unexpected (such as a limited amount of coffee supplies). Bath towels were abundant and of good quality, and even the toilet paper was not cheap (especially versus the one-ply crap at The Greenbrier's 500/night room earlier in the week). The loft bed was not usable as a 60 adult with bad knees, but for kids liking a treehouse experience that are not claustrophobic, it would be a nice extra space (being over the bedroom might be a challenge). The only issue I had with the house (which was not within the control of the owner) was addressed very fairly to my satisfaction.

The cabin was perfect. Had everything we needed. Plenty of space for our week away, just the hubby and me. The ONLY thing that wasn't ideal, for us, was the driveway down to the cabin. It is very narrow, gravel and steep. If you are pulling a trailer/bringing motorcycles you may want to consider that. But we made it work! Otherwise, we had no complaints and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The hosts and their property manager were great!
