Guests will have full access to this beautiful Waterfront Loft Condo. There is also full access to the private beach area and back grassed area for our guests enjoyment.
The Neighborhood:
This Benjamin Davies Loft Condo is right on the Charlottetown Waterfront. You can sit on the balcony and watch the sail boats and cruise ships sail by. It is located right next to the Charlottetown Yacht Club where you can relax and enjoy the Charlottetown Waterfront.
The "Boardwalk" is located right outside the condo where it will take you on a unique walking experience to many fun things that Charlottetown has to offer.
It is located only 2 blocks from famous Victoria Row and its entertainment area with many shops and is only a 5 minute walk.
Whether you want to park your car in the free parking area and walk or if you want to drive, this beautiful loft Condo has everything to make your vacation relaxing and enjoyable.
Getting Around:
Getting around is a breeze! The Penthouse Loft is ideally situated for easy access to Charlottetown's attractions. You'll find free street parking readily available, and a free parking area is also very close by. For those arriving by air, the Charlottetown Airport (YYG) is a short drive away, approximately 10 minutes by car. Walking is also a great option as many things are within walking distance, like Victoria Row which is only a 5-minute walk from the loft. The Confederation Bridge is approximately a 50-minute drive away.

Please note that the loft is located on the third floor and requires climbing stairs to access.

This place was wonderful. Lots of room and light. A balcony. Parking is easy. The bed is a bit hard, but nice having a King size. Lots of outlets. Easy walk to restaurants and shops in Charlottetown. And great views.

I booked this property to visit PEI for a reunion with friends. The loft was perfect for our stay. It had everything we needed and more. It’s was clean and well stocked. The view from the deck was amazing. The location was ideal; downtown but just a few steps away from the busier part of Water Street. Can’t say enough good about this property.

Great location within walking distance to many good restaurants. The unit is spacious, quiet, and nicely decorated in a nautical theme. All appliances are clean and modern. The washer and dryer are nice amenities to have on an extended vacation. The view from the balcony is beautiful. Highly recommend this property.
