Great location and great property. As advertised. Parking is critical to this location and was good. Apartment has everything you need for a short or extended stay.

We spent a week at this wonderful apartment and were very pleased with our experience. Laurie and Alan have done a wonderful job renovating, decorating and equipping the apartment which made our stay very comfortable. We especially appreciated the well-equipped kitchen and lovely deck.
It was a short walk to many restaurants, shops and theater. We took several walks along the waterfront and watched cruise ships come in.
Thank you to Laurie and Alan for making our stay memorable. The next time we're in Charlottetown this is where we want to stay.

What a wonderful location and the home itself has great character and is really well maintained. You are a 5 minute walk from everything you could want in Charlottetown (water, restaurants, historic sites). There is free parking and it is air conditioned which was such a relief given the recent heat wave. Barb and I would highly recommend this place
