This comfortable LARGE original Farmhouse is nestled in the quaint township of Newbury and is a one-of-a-kind experience!
Owned by an internationally renowned artist, you will fall in love with the charm and unique character of this space. We provide you with everything to enjoy your stay in this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home in Northeastern Ohio PLUS a basement full of toys, pool table, and fooseball. There is plenty of room for your group to spread out -- the large living room, eat-in kitchen, full kitchen, big dining room, and full basement. Sleeping arrangements: master suite off the living room with both a king and twin bed and an en suite, Parlor bedroom with king bed, and the Bird Room with a full bed share a full-size bathroom. The space has a large outdoor patio with dining, a propane grill and front porch with additional seating. You'll love watching the chickens, ducks, and turkeys peck around and drink-up our serene farm. Not to mention, our 78 acres of farm with so many farm animals, 2 ponds, woods and more you'll want to explore. The horses, donkeys, sheep, and goats will greet you from the pastures. The pigs will oink at you from the barn in the Summertime. Ask us and we will give you a farm tour, you can help feed the animals, and/or we will show you everywhere we recommend you explore on our acreage and the surrounding area.
