About this apartment rental
Come and enjoy are newly remodeled apartment in the heart of Tampa. We are located in the trendy Seminole Heights neighborhood and just minutes from downtown. Apartment provides lots of privacy and security with a gated courtyard entry. Our historic building was built in early 1920's with lots of modern upgrades. The apartment is loaded with amenities perfect for long or short term stays. Courtyard has a grill and plenty of outdoor seating. Ample parking on both sides of building and have video surveillance. My husband and I stayed here while we got our daughter settled in at a nearby university. We loved our apartment. It was really cute, very clean and cozy...perfect for the two of us. We would love to stay here again when we come to visit.
