When we found the place we couldnt believe the price. We jumped on it and found out why. The neighborhood is up and coming so is a little iffy, especially if you come in at night and are not familiar with area. It turns out neighborhood and neighbors are friendly. And the location was perfect for anywhere in Tampa.
The condo was very pleasant. It was small, but very quiant. It had all the emmenities anyone could want. This is not a place you could sneak a third person in, as to how small it was.
I will definately look into reserving this when we return next year.

Neighborhood wasn't the best, Neighbors smoke a lot weed/marijuana, and the ac unit pulled it into the building. Oven didn't work, manager was very slow to answer messages. Yard was a wreck, never cleaned up after storm.
no toaster or can opener.
