Mini Villa approx. 7 minutes' walk from the splendid beaches of Santa Giulia and Pietragione, via footpaths without taking a car.
Numerous restaurants, small grocery stores and seaside activities are also within walking distance (approx. 350/400 m along the footpaths).
At 100 mts above the villa, you can also enjoy the swimming pool at the Carré Noir restaurant, for 1 drink at the bar.

The mini villa sleeps 4 (1 sofa bed and a double bed (new mattress) plus 1 folding crib), plus a baby chair. New air conditioning.

The stay at Santa Giulia in the Villa Asphodèle was really great. The house is beautiful and we had a wonderful time. Thanks to Régine and Jeanne for the nice contacts and great support! We are already looking forward to our next stay in the Villa!

Reginas villa in Santa Giulia is amazing, so close to the beach, quiet and relaxing. The house is equipped with everything we needed for a perfect holiday.
We will certainly return in 2017, we would strongly recommend that you choose to stay here.
