Mini Villa approx. 7 minutes' walk from the splendid beaches of Santa Giulia and Pietragione, via footpaths without taking a car.
Numerous restaurants, small grocery stores and seaside activities are also within walking distance (approx. 350/400 m along the footpaths).
At 100 mts above the villa, you can also enjoy the swimming pool at the Carré Noir restaurant, for 1 drink at the bar.

Die Villa ist toll! Wir waren zum zweiten Mal da und es dort einfach nur traumhaft. Wer in Santa Giulia Urlaub machen will hat hier eine tolle Unterkunft!

Très belle petite villa bien située bien décorée et très agréable. Une belle vue sur la plage et bien entretenue. Notre premier contact avec Jeanne c est bien passé très réactif et agréable. Nous recommandons cette petite villa et peut-être à bientôt Jeanne et Régine la famille De Sousa

Super séjour dans cette location idéalement située à 5 min d’une superbe plage. Jeanne est très arrangeante et nous a très bien accueillis. La location est très bien équipée.

Superbe logement très bien équipé, avec une magnifique vue de la terrasse sur la baie de santa Giulia.
A 5/6 minutes à pieds de la plage.
Jeanne qui nous a accueilli est charmante.
On ne peut rêver mieux.
