Apartment Llanca Sea view, Swimming pool and 5min walk to the beach

Property located a few minutes from the Camí de Ronda, which allows you to enjoy the beautiful landscape of the Costa Brava.

It was quiet, it was september

Very quiet flat in Llanca, easy to find and close to the beach. I came for the second time and each time everything was always clean. Everything is provided for the stay, kitchen appliances, TV, large sofa, lots of tableware to try Spanish food ! Beautiful sea view from the balcony.

To start with the positive: The complex is a little long in the tooth, but well maintained and has a beautifully situated pool in a tree-lined courtyard. There is a parking directly in front of the house with a lockable gate. The complex is quite central situated and was very quiet during the time of our stay in early/mid April. The flat itself is modern and functionally furnished with a lately renovated bathroom. The balcony has a beautiful view through trees to the sea and the mountains. The arrival information provided by the owner was complete and easy to understand. In our case, the handover of the keys was contactless and also unproblematic. Less positive: The (children's) room with the bunk beds is an interior room, which means without an outside window, but only with a door and a small window to the living room. This is not unusual in Spain, but in our opinion it should have been mentioned in the description. In addition, this room was uninhabitable during our stay due to damp walls and extensive mould stains. We came to terms with the situation and our son slept on a mattress in the living room during our stay. We are well aware that the deficiencies could not be remedied overnight. However, we were particularly disappointed by the owner's reaction. After we had described the situation and sent photos, there was only a short thankful answer with the announcement to take care of a solution. By the time we left, there was no response until we asked again, after we had already left. There was no concession in the rental price, although it had been announced. The flat is rented without final cleaning - here you are dependent on the thoroughness of the previous tenant. In our case, the result was OK, but we would have liked to know this particularity in advance. For the final cleaning it would have been helpful if there had been a hoover.
