Renovated 70sqm one bedroom apartment with double bedroom, bright living room, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. Including Wi-Fi, air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher, first aid kit, bed linen and towels.
The structure is perfectly organized to accommodate the little ones: cot, changing table with tub and other services on request.
The central location, connected by public transport and surrounded by every service, has a convenient parking area.
Our cozy home is located in a strategic position, in the heart of the lower city, close to characteristic restaurants, shops, supermarkets, pharmacies and banks.
The house can comfortably accommodate two people, there is the possibility of using a cot and all the necessary facilities for a peaceful family-friendly stay.
The main tourist attractions (including the wonderful Upper Town) are within walking distance. Valid alternative the ATB lines (5, 8, 9, 10) that connect the strategic points of the city whose stop is a few meters from the apartment.
Guests will have the entire apartment at their disposal for a stay in total privacy and relaxation, the building is inhabited by polite and silent families, so we tell you to avoid shouting and respect the common areas such as the entrance, lift and landing.
