I have thought long and hard about this property so I’m going to give the good and the bad.
Good
Location is great
Management group was the best ever
The owner very good and addressed anything we needed done
Close to the beach
Very close to bars and restaurants
Bad
Wasn’t very clean.
They came in and cleaned a couch and helped get the musty smell out.
We also bought cleaning supplies to deep clean it.
Need all new furniture most of it was broken
Should be updated paint colors fixtures etc
Should be cleaned up outside.
When we left we had the place spotless
After all this would I stay there again, probably. We aren’t snobs and I don’t normally post this stuff but for the price it should be better kept.
Lastly the place is set up for a family with 2 kids not really two couples. Just not enough bathroom space.
