This cottage provides a cozy stay in a premier spot in Grayton. Beach access is so simple and quick with the provided beach wagon.

We had a great stay at old Grayton and the writers conference for Longleaf so we’re happy to have a house down in the center of town to come back to next year!

Great location and charming area. Jim was very accommodating.

Jim was easy to communicate with and quick to solve problems. I think it should be mentioned the street that Grayton Presence is on is incredibly busy, especially in the evenings. The location was nice besides the constant traffic. Didn’t love that the house only has window AC units.. bathrooms are hot and muggy. The screened in porch could use some love. We had a fun week but probably won’t return to this house again.
