About this house rental
One of the more unique properties you will find! The old Kingston High School has been restored into a residential space for events and vacations. Your accommodations will be one of the best parts of your visit to the Silver Valley. Just off I90 in North Idaho. For the fisherman: the CDA River is across the street. For the skier: Silver Mtn Ski Resort and Lookout Ski Resort is within 10 & 30 minutes. For the adventurer; thousands of miles of 4wheeling, snowmobiling, biking, and hiking in all directions. Multiple golf courses and casinos nearby as well! Families and group friendly. 1000sf auditorium is perfect for events or large groups! Trailer/RV parking for an extra fee. Owner keeps an apartment on one side of the building, but there is no shared space. Owner's apartment is separated by a locked door, and is used sparingly.

Location AWESOME. We loved the high school home. Beds were so comfortable!! Communication with Host was great! Thank you so much! Everything was awesome about this home , love hearing the history from locals and so friendly people of Kingston! Definitely planning our next visit to Kingston and staying at the high school!!!

This is our second time visiting because we absolutely love staying here. The location is great. My grandkids love that there is plenty of room to play. We will definitely be staying here again.
