This holiday apartment is ideal for families, couples and small groups who wish to be situated in an excellent location. You can simply stroll down Goat Street hill and be in the midst of the hustle and bustle of Dingle town in seconds.



Dingle is a coastal holiday town in County Kerry the only town on the Dingle Peninsula, it sits on the Atlantic coast, about 50 kilometres southwest of Tralee and 71 kilometres northwest of Killarney. The Dingle peninsula has something to offer everyone, sandy beaches safe for swimming, walking routes for all abilities, a thriving Irish language community, a rich musical tradition, fine dining, sea angling, arts and film festivals, talented craftsperson and some of the best surfing in Ireland.

This is an extra charge which is mostly payable to the Property Manager/Owner. In some cases, energy is charged at a fixed daily rate or a rate per unit on the units consumed or you are required to top up a Pre-Paid Meter while in others, energy charges are included in the rate you have paid. We advise you to check with the local Owner/ Property Manager prior to arrival how this is calculated or prior to making the booking.



2. Security Deposit:

A minimum refundable security deposit of €200 (per property) must be paid prior to check-in to your holiday home to the local Property Manager/ Owner. This is either taken over the phone by pre-authorising your credit card when you call the Property Manager to arrange your arrival time 48 hours in advance of arrival or at others it is taken on arrival. In some locations and at certain times of year this can increase to €500 per property.



3. Towels:

Towel sets are available upon request at a small charge. Please contact our Call Centre or the Property Manager to arrange (you will find the Property Manager's contact details in the Arrival Info document sent to you in the final payment confirmation).



4.Minimum stay:

Please note that this property only takes bookings for a minimum of 14 nights.

    Excellent help from property manager! We were surprised that there were no towels for bathing…. when one travels customers never bring their own. Property manager kindly supplied us some. It would have been nice to have internet access! Also a coffee maker ( any type) would have been nice. It was wonderful to have a washing machine! Thanks

    We loved the location and size of the apartment. Location is a stone's throw away from the town and also the size perfect for a family of five. Some small investment in Wifi and also a smart tv for the home would bring it up to modern standard expectations. Also, no towels at the property were disappointing and resolve the shower pressure in the bathroom.

    This is a great location within easy walking distance to everything in Dingle. Beds were not the most comfortable and furnishings were dated (broken lamps, etc.). It has cooking utensils, dishes, etc. but bring your own toilet paper, soap, shampoo, coffee, and so forth. Not a hotel, but we really enjoyed our stay.

    Fairfield is an excellent location for staying in Dingle and for exploring the Dingle Peninsula (a visit to the Dingle Distillery, easily walkable from the Fairfield property, is not to to be missed). Walk into town is very doable (under ten minutes from flat to pubs/attractions along the waterfront). The flat has plenty of room-dining and living room combo. Clearly owners have done some upgrading (painting, carpet, bathroom tile). However, the two bedrooms are cramped with insufficient lighting and the kitchen and equipment, e.g. pots and pans, could use upgrading/cleaning. Also, the flat could stand some de-cluttering. We appreciated that some things that were missing, e.g. kitchen trash bin, were very quickly supplied.

    Upon arriving I was very thankful that I chosen this place. I had parking right at the front door. Once inside everything was so nice and clean. This place is within walking distance to all of the shops, restaurants, and pubs. You'll be thankful that you stayed here. Driving & Parking in Dingle can be a challenge. So leave your car parked and enjoy a lovely walk.
