Extremely disappointing stay.

Fridge dirty inside and outside. Odour from fridge Dishwasher could not be used as it had smelling ,stagnant water inside over drain and had a poignant smell every time you opened it Cutlery, glasses, plates and utensils were all visibly dirty in their drawers House was incredibly drafty and neighbours could be heard in every room of the house This is not the standard an Airbnb should be for the cost and is unacceptable that basic Cutlery had to be cleaned by hand upon arrival. There was also no response at any point from the property manager after numerous phone calls and messages sent.

Overpriced Old Property- disappointed!

Did warm up quickly

Overpriced for old property. Ensuite shower not draining away. Toilet door would not close. Kitchen doors not screwed into place. Dishwasher not cleaned out. Knives & forks had food stuck to them. Coffee cups stained. Clothes dryer lint drawer full.

Dingle provided everything you need for a memorable adventure in Ireland.

The holiday home was a great location and provided a scenic view. We were able to walk into the town. That was a bonus! We were able to cook meals in the kitchen which provided a good amount of plates, glasses and utensils.

I thought paper towels should/would be provided in the kitchen. There wasn't enough toilet paper for the days we were there.

The house, the host, the views and the location were amazing.

We loved the house, it was clean, spacious, comfortable and had plenty of hot water. Mary the manager was excellent and facilatated us in every way possible. It had great views and was only a short walk to the town.

It's the first property I have been to where you had to top up the electricity when you left. It was only a few euros but an inconvenience to have to go into town and do this. I was a bit shocked by this for a two day stay. Check out at 10 was a bit early as we had attended a wedding. 11 o' clock would have been perfect.

Wonderful Stay. We loved Dingle.

We were able to proceed directly to our house and accessed the home easily. The house was large and very comfortable. Everything worked well. The water pressure was great. The walk into town was short and pleasant. Dingle is a wonderful vacation location.

I was surprised about the electricity payment requirement. I have never stayed anywhere where electricity was billed separately. It was easy enough to increase, but I had not seen anything about this part of the stay before arriving and felt lucky that I noticed it.

One place to feel at home

It was an amazing experience and place, very close to the tourist attractions, good restaurants around, safe, quiet, very comfortable for me and my family, everything is really nice, it worth the money.

Maybe if you have a short cut to the center would be nice, but is still good anyways.

Excellent Location & Property

The property is lovely—fits into the traditional architecture and was spacious and comfortable. We had a great view window and view of the harbor. The manager was very responsive and helpful. It was just a 5 mins walk to town so easy to go up and down more than once per day. Great parking. Quiet except for a few baying sheep!

A few more kitchen items would have been helpful eg serving platters for a group of 6 and a larger cutting board but that’s about it.

Comfy townhouse walking distance to Dingle town

It was really easy for our family of 5 to fit comfortably. The living area is downstairs, so the adults didn’t disrupt the kids after bedtime. Also, it’s a very quick walk into the heart of Dingle.

Minor issue but the floors are very creaky. We had to tiptoe around sleeping kids.

Great location but needs refurbishment and transparency on electricity

The location is brilliant - literally 5 min walk to the centre of dingle. The house is big and spacious aswell with a great view of the bay

You have to pay for the electricity even though this is not mentioned on their website. The house had storage heaters so if it's cold you could end of spending a lot on this. For example we were only there is the morning and evening and had the heaters on intermittently and it was using 15 to 20 euro a day. Also the house needs refurbishment. The washing machine and dryer are very old and don't clean your clothes that well. The dials are so faded on them you don't know what program you are putting on. Drawers are broken in the kitchen, cracks in the walls and the floor boards make an really loud creaking when walking on them. Even the free shower gel samples in the bathrooms look like they have been filled up mostly with water 🤣

The house is in a brilliant location, a short walk to the town and harbour. It was very spacious, clean and comfortable and the property manager was very nice to deal with.

The property was very dated . Definitely in need of refurbishment. I also didn’t like that the price didn’t include electricity. This you had to top up with a card . The property was on the expensive side and so I expected electricity to be included

We loved Dingle and the location of the cottage.

The location was amazing! The size of the cottage was perfect for a family.

Electricity is a pay as you go system. It was not explained and the card to take to the supermarket to pay for electricity was missing. The hot water was only hot in the morning. There is a timer on the water heater set by the property manager. It had to be adjusted so we would have hot water for showers at different times of the day.

Costly house that lacked a welcoming/personal touch

Large and spacious home. good location and nice views.

The hot water situation was very disappointing. we only had hot water on one evening, enough for one person to bathe only. apparently there was a “schedule” on a timer but it didn’t work. We were five adults on holiday who like to be able to swim, walk and shower when we wish. Also it would have been nice to have simple basics in the kitchen e.g. salt, pepper, a few tea/coffee bags and milk in order to refresh on arrival, we had our elderly mother with us and we were all tired after a long days drive, but someone had to go shopping asap. On day two we found a notice re joining some app in order to pay for electricity used…having come from distant overseas country I found this extremely bizarre…I paid a very high price for three nights and would have expected this to be covered in the cost. I object to any further costs incurred!
