The property was comfortable and as expected. There was a slight mix up with the key for the pool area however this was dealt with promptly by the property manager.The parking under the apartment was most convenient and the location of the building was perfect for us as it wasn't packed with tourists.We would like to visit again one day :)

Had a great week in the apartment. Quiet area of mainly residential properties. Not far from shops, bars, restaurants etc. Integral garage was great for security and prevented us form having to compete for a limited number of street parking spaces available. We would return

A family of 3 adults and teenager plus our educated dog, we had a awesome stay for 8 nights in this property in January 2017. It is as it appears in pictures and has absolutely everything one needs - from shampoo in the bath and soft towels till salt in the kitchen and Fairy to wash your plates. All very clean, new and well taken care of. Cupboards have enough space for all the clothes. The terrace is super for lunch. We had no problem with neighbours or any other noise besides strong gusts of wind for a couple of nights so we could sleep nicely. The garage is absolutely tiny, but we left the car we hired on the street in front the main entrance. The good thing for winter is that the beach of the village is hidden from wind, it is about 10 min walk down the street where you can find a SuperDino and other supermarkets, a Pharmacy, a highly recommended French bakery, pubs, restaurants, etc. Renting a car is a must to move around though the is a regular bus. If you get a car both Playa de las Americas / Cristianos is a 20 min drive to the East and Los Gigantes 20 min drive to the West. To get to Callao Salvaje you need to take the Autopista del Sur and take exit 81 direction Armenime and after two roundabouts and turning left you get to the site. For elderly people or with problems with walking to note that: 1) the house has a steep staircase from main room/kitchen to the bedrooms and down to the laundry/garage 2) the house is on a hill while the village and beach is 1 km down. The host Jose Carlos was very friendly. By all means it was worthy the money we paid. All in all I recommend it 99% leaving 1% to motivate the owners ;-).
