Nice studio in Din Daeng, near Central Rama 9 shopping mall. I booked it a bit nervously, thinking it may be too far out there, but I was booking last minute and Bangkok last minute the week of the New Year was sold out and overpriced. I never stayed in this part of the city before, but I did my research, saw the nearby subway stop, read the good reviews and figured it cannot be too bad. It turned out better than i expected! Studio was quite large and had absolutely everything needed, it was clean, with great WiFi and AC and even a shared washing machine in the corridor. It also turned out to be quite a lively area, so there was plenty to explore and I am happy that I stayed there. Also, great price/quality ratio!
Grab/Bolt drivers had some trouble finding the address, but that has nothing to do with the aparthotel - it turns out that a property 2 doors down was under reconstruction and they somehow completely closed the small street that the Google Maps would point to. I would advise everyone to actually walk out of the lobby towards the main street/7-11 and call Grab/Bolt from there, to avoid confusion on both parts, especially when you just arrive.

Location excellent, near all mode of transportation.
Roaches, every night they come out. Don't understand why because the rooms are very clean including the common areas.
